Robert Armstrong, principal of San Antonio Christian Academy in San Antonio, Texas, speaks to teaching candidates about what information they should bring with them to an interview. He explains that typically documentation will be presented prior to interview by way of application. At the interview he suggests that along with (several copies of) your resume you bring documentation that can highlight your experience, your qualifications, the quality of your work, what you have done to sharpen teaching skills and how you have expanded your knowledge of your subject matter.
